Provide Order Information
Send your company name, delivery address, phone number, and consignee information for order and shipping preparation.
Receive Proforma Invoice
We prepare a proforma invoice according to the confirmed machine model, quantity, payment terms, and delivery details.
Pay Deposit and Start Production
After receiving the deposit, we arrange production, inspection, packing, and shipment preparation according to the order.
Pay Balance and Receive Documents
After the bill of lading copy is provided, the balance payment is completed, and the original bill of lading is sent.
Payment Terms and Production Timeline
We provide clear payment terms and production arrangements before each order starts. The final delivery time may vary depending on the machine model, order quantity, and customization requirements.
Deposit Payment
The deposit is paid after the proforma invoice is confirmed. Production will be arranged after the deposit is received.
Balance Payment
The balance payment is completed before shipment or after the bill of lading copy is provided, according to the agreed order terms.
Production and Delivery Time
In general, production and shipment preparation can be arranged within 2 weeks after receiving the deposit. The exact time depends on the order details.
Shipping and Logistics Support
We support food machinery buyers with practical packing and shipping arrangements. Machines can be protected with film, fixed on wooden pallets, packed in wooden cases, and shipped according to the destination and order requirements.
Shipping Methods
Sea freight or land transportation can be arranged according to the destination, machine size, order quantity, and delivery requirement.
Wooden Case Packing
Machines are fixed on pallets and protected with film or wooden cases when required for export packing and long-distance transportation.
Freight Cost Adjustment
Sea freight is calculated separately. If the final sea freight changes by more than 5%, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Warranty and After-Sales Support
We provide one-year warranty support for main electronic, mechanical, and metal parts under normal use. After the warranty period, we can also assist with maintenance guidance, troubleshooting, and spare parts support.
